application: used alone, this lacquer will have a textured finish when dry. we recommend topping it off with our MATTE MADE IN HELL or SPEED DEMON TOP COAT for a silky smooth, long-lasting finish.


storage: think of mooncat nail lacquers like vampires: they feel most at home in cool, dark places. store them accordingly to keep them looking and applying their best. lacquer exposed to too much heat or sunlight may change in color or consistency over time...and just have generally bad vibes.

All they say it's true!

This is such a beautiful magnetic lacquer! I've searched other brands for something similar, but this is the one that got me interested in Mooncat and, oh wow! Either velvetized or cat eye, this formula is stunning! Even if you don't magnetize at all, you will not be dissapointed. I would only recommend using a black base underneath to really highlight its beauty :)

A Beautiful Shade of the Galaxy

I wanted to be able to look at the starry night sky when I look at my nails in the middle of a populated city in a dank office. This is a very close experience to that. However, you should 100% review the tutorial on how to use the magnet to achieve that effect. I'm new to magnetic nail polishes, so I was not as patient as I should have been to get the full effect of that milky way galaxy look. You must hold it at least 30 seconds to 1 minute per nail immediately after you put it on. I write this as a fair warning to those who bought this not knowing how the technique works, but once you get it down pat, it's great. Enjoy this shade you night kitties.

A once in a millennium color

This color was the very first polish I saw from Mooncat in a tiktok some two odd years ago or so and I fell in love. Finally I got to purchase it and try it out. I seriously can’t stop staring at my nails, taking pictures, and shifting them around in different lighting. This color is beautiful.. stunning!! It’s just so gorgeous in person, the glitters look like stars and the purple to teal shift looks like a little galaxy on my fingers. This color is truly incredible.
